Gabrielle Donofrio is an artist and educator from Brooklyn, NY. She attended The School of Visual Arts from 2014 to 2018, majoring in Fine Art. She graduated in 2018 with a BFA in Fine Art.

Right out of college, Gabrielle began working as an assistant to neon artist Stephanie Lifshitz. She continued to work until 2021 as a neon apprentice and assistant, learning the trade and business of neon bending. In the following years, Gabrielle worked as an independent contractor for fabricating businesses.

In January 2024, she moved to a new passion of art education for elementary school students. She has recently moved away from working in schools to focus on her art practice while continuing to provide private art lessons and tutoring.
